SUBMISSION VOICE CALL should be of 28 + 2* = 30 Sec . If the voice call extends that limit then the balance will be debited according to the size of the file.
For Activation of the Voice Call Services, Customer need to make the payment in companies current account (as provided by the company).
Mode of payment can be by Cash in Bank (Current account of Company), by cheque ( cheque should be in the Name of Mobicel Technologies ), by NEFT / NET TRANSFER ,by Debit card / Credit Card / Internet Banking ( Online Payment Link ).
Once the payment is confirmed by the accounts department within 2 working hours the account is activated and balance is added and customer can avail the benefit of the services
